This Privacy Policy explains how Luggy (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) handles information when you use the Luggy — AI Trip Planner mobile application. We built Luggy to respect your privacy and to collect as little data as possible.

Information we process

Luggy is designed to work primarily on your device. Depending on the features you use, we may process:

• Trip information you enter — destinations, dates, saved places and preferences. This is stored locally on your device.
• Location — if you grant permission, your approximate or precise location is used to show nearby places and relevant suggestions. Location is used only while you use these features and is not stored on our servers.
• AI requests — when you use AI trip planning or ask the AI a question, the text of your request (such as your destination and interests) is sent to our secure processing service to generate a response. We do not attach your name, email, or Apple ID to these requests.
• Purchase status — a non-identifying token is used to verify whether you have an active subscription so premium features can be unlocked.

How we use information

We use the information above only to provide and improve the app's features: to build your trip plans, answer your questions, show relevant places, and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Third-party services

To provide AI features, requests are processed through third-party infrastructure and AI providers (including cloud hosting and an AI model provider). These providers process the request content solely to return a result. We use Apple's App Store to handle all payments; we never see or store your payment card details.

Data retention

Trip data you create lives on your device and is removed when you delete it or uninstall the app. AI requests are processed transiently to generate a response and are not linked to your identity.

Children's privacy

Luggy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can revoke location and notification permissions at any time in your device Settings. You can delete your trip data within the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
