Welcome to Luggy. By downloading or using the Luggy — AI Trip Planner app (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

Luggy provides AI-generated travel suggestions and planning tools for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer it.

AI-generated content

Trip plans, place suggestions, visa notes, and answers are generated automatically and are provided for general informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important details — such as opening hours, prices, visa and entry requirements, and safety information — with official sources before you travel. Luggy is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Subscriptions

Luggy offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Premium) on a weekly or yearly basis, with a free trial available on the yearly plan. Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content (excluding data you create) are owned by Luggy and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or redistribute the app without permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luggy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
